We offer a 7-15 day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

Simply log in to your MIVA account, go to My Orders, select the product, and choose Return/Exchange. Our team will schedule a pickup from your doorstep.
- When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on select products.
